Painting teaches me new ways to see both the physical world and the world of my imagination. It challenges me to reevaluate what I consider to be time productively spent.
And when both my creativity and the paint are flowing my gratitude is boundless.

Each painting measures 9" x 11" unmatted, and is sold with a white or off-white mat. The cost of each is $100.
One rule of watercolor is that every piece of paper has two sides. Some of these paintings have paintings on the other side. There is no extra charge for this.
Trees are one of my principal sources of inspiration. Perhaps this is my Celtic heritage speaking to me, as well as that of the tree spirits themselves.
I have visited Ireland several times, and my hours spent in the company of stones are among my most treasured.
The grace and beauty of cats has always inspired artists. Their
spirit inspires me, as well.
